As previously announced, the MOMENTICA service ended on July 2, 2025, and the refund request period for Takes and paid Shuffle Tickets closed on August 1, 2025.
Refunds for remaining Lemons are available for unused Lemons within 5 years of purchase, and only users eligible for remaining Lemon refunds can apply.
